Company owner, 17-year-old Jack Thomas said in an interview Monday, December 12th “We’re not like any other prebuilt PC company, there’s more personalization in what we do because we like to connect and know our customers, every customer has a different buying experience”
This December the website revealed that they would be giving 20% of profits to Human Rights charities across the world. Josh Wells, the company’s recently promoted Chief Operations Officer (COO) said “Human rights is a HUGE issue in America and even more of an issue overseas, December is the month that we take a look at this issue and do what we can as a company and as humans to help in whatever way we can, we think that this is a really good way of raising awareness to this issue and to help this issue in whatever way we can.” Wells later said that he was “excited to make a difference.” Thomas agreed saying “…It’s important to give back when you can, and even more important to use any public influence, big or small for good.”
Thomas is no stranger to donating to charity through JTs PCs though, from March to May 2022, the same amount of profits went to Ukrainian Relief. When asked about the amount that was donated from that fundraiser Jack declined to give a number but instead said it was “a number he was very happy with” he continued on to say that he plans on continuing giving to more charities in the future. It was also revealed that JTs PCs has been “silently upgrading” some customers’ purchases this holiday season by giving them stronger parts than what they might have ordered this holiday season because “What’s better than free upgrades and fast shipping?” Wells said.
